Our Executive Board will consist of at least eight and not more than twelve representatives from member organisations.  The Chair will be elected on an annual basis and voted for by the sitting Executive Board members.  All are subject to re-election at the Annual General Meeting.  The Executive Board may co-opt any person to serve on the Board.  Each Executive Board member is responsible for a major business area within the organisation.
