What can you report?
We accept intelligence from our member organisations, non-members and the general public regarding fraud against the Public Sector, which includes local government, central government e.g. DWP, housing associations and NHS). The information you provide will be handled as detailed in our privacy policy and shared only with necessary parties. By ensuring key parties are informed of the suspicious activity, we can support further investigation where necessary and mitigate the impact.
Tell us about a scam e-mail, mandate fraud, suspected non-entitlement to benefits etc. to protect the vulnerable, our wider communities and the public purse. If aware that a fraud is being committed against the Public Sector, please provide the details using our Report It form to ensure the necessary authority is alerted.
Please note, you must only complete the Report It form if the fraud is against the Public Sector. Fraud against members of the general public or private companies must be reported to the Police or via the Report Fraud online service. Report Fraud can also be contacted by phone on 0300 123 2040. Any reports received regarding fraud against members of the general public or private companies will not be processed by the National Anti-Fraud Network and we are unable to refer reports to the appropriate party on your behalf.
