From Function to Form
We’re now in one of the most exciting phases of our digital transformation. This is where everything we’ve built behind the scenes starts to take shape on screen – in the way that our members and team will experience, and use, it every day.
As development continues to strengthen core foundations, the new NAFN system is being shaped visually. Through its design and branding, and an emphasis on ease of navigation, function is being dressed in fine form!
Over recent months, we’ve focused on building its functional core: the tools, workflows and capabilities that will make enquiries and other processes faster, more efficient and better connected. A focus has been placed on removing any repetitive tasks that previously have taken up a lot of time and resource.
Now, all this streamlined functionality is being wrapped in its new branded form. The ‘look and feel’, visual identity, intuitive navigation and overall experience is what will define how members use it as part of their daily work.
Working closely with our software partner and internal team, we’ve developed a style that’s distinctly NAFN – professional, trusted and credible, with fresh pops of colour and a design that’s powerful, clean, and intuitive. It’s user-friendly in all the best ways and already feels like a huge leap forward.
