Looking back on recent progress of the new NAFN system
Delivering the new NAFN system is a key part of our commitment to investing in our members and teams needs, providing the tools relied on to do important work effectively.
In the final months of last year, the new NAFN system (Project Argus) underwent extensive user testing by our internal team and volunteer user testers. The collective feedback has been invaluable in refining the system to reflect real operational needs. It’s already made a big impact and shaping more of what’s to come.
